My mentorship with Cynthia was as transformational as the 200 Hour YTT.  I went in wanted individual feedback and help incorporating yoga philosophy into classes. I got all of that and more. She turned her laser like focus to identify areas of improvement and with skill and kindness gave me things to work on and feedback.  I am inspired by her passion and integrity and am more prepared and confident for the experience.
