Music is an important aspect of sound in our lives. Used properly it can be a powerful tool to calm the mind and transmit energy into the body. In this workshop we will explore the balance between the effort and surrender in back-bending, putting together a sequence to lengthen the front side of the body, upper-back, and hips in order to free the spine, creating stability within through the sound of music which is the audible manifestation of consciousness.
